Belmont High School is committed to becoming an eSmart School. We are currently in the Implementation stage of our journey. eSmart aims to make cybersafety a normal part of everybody’s life by equipping them to use technologies in ways that are positive and that protect them from the potential risks. eSmart helps our school create a cultural norm of smart, safe and responsible use of digital technologies.
When using technology, students at our school agree to our Acceptable Use Agreement which they must sign to be a part of the bConnected 1:1 learning program. Our school has a Student Engagement and Wellbeing Policy and Anti-Harassment Policy to further ensure the safety of students.
Below is a list of websites which contain excellent information on cybersafety and cyberbullying for students, staff and parents.
